The 47th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits held in Europe and 18th Expert Evaluation and Control of Compound Semiconductor Materials and Technologies (WOCSDICE-EXMATEC 2024) will be held in the city of Heraklion, in Crete, Greece.

The 2024 edition will bring together internationally recognized scientists, as well as promising early career researchers and engineers to disseminate state-of-the-art research findings in the areas of compound semiconductor materials, associated devices, and integrated circuits.
